SILICON CARBIDE SERIES

Traditional low-voltage 415V power quality systems use silicon-based IGBT. New SiC materials have lower losses and smaller size, and are increasingly used in new energy vehicles, energy storage and power quality management.

With domestic SiC capacity release and lower material costs, iKonMac adopted active clamping, soft-switching and proprietary control technology to launch 415V SiC power quality devices.
